GKR International has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established property developer who are looking to add a New Homes Consultant to their development North of Edinburgh.You will play a key role in the developments onward success as there\'s multiple houses and apartments to sell NOW.Ideally, you will have previous experience in the Residential Sales or New Homes market.Key ResponsibilitiesA bit more about the role:Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completionConduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyersLiaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactionsRepresent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpointsWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in property sales, ideally within new homesAbility to build meaningful relationships with buyers and team membersHighly organised, proactive, and results-drivenKnowledge of the local Edinburgh market is an advantageThis is a highly exciting opportunity to join a developer on this initial project with a secondary development already in pipeline for you in 2026.RoleThe role will be paying upto £30,000 Basic Salary + exciting commission package.
