This role involves close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and support testing and implementation activities.The position forms part of a wider remediation initiative and plays a key role in ensuring the NetSuite platform continues to meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of financial operations in a technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements for NetSuite and BigCommerce platforms.Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, aligned with Agile methodologies.Ensure all requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with organisational objectives.Collaborate with development teams to refine and prioritise the product backlog.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure platform changes meet business requirements.Identify, escalate, and help mitigate risks and issues that may impact scope, quality, or timelines.Provide training and support to business users to encourage adoption of the NetSuite platform.Maintain strong alignment with Finance operations, including product, order, inventory, customer management, and reporting.Utilise tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello for documentation and collaboration.Required Skills & ExperienceDemonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on NetSuite.Experience with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is highly desirable.Strong understanding of financial processes and operations.Hands-on experience with NetSuite customisation, including themes, apps, APIs, and integrations.Familiarity with Agile delivery models and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
