We\’re Hiring: Native Ads Manager📍 Leeds (Office-Based, Full-Time) | 💼 Permanent | 💰 £40,000–£50,000 + Annual BonusSmile White is one of the UK’s fastest-growing cosmetic dental brands – and we’re looking for a Native Ads Manager with a performance-first mindset to help us scale our growth through high-impact native advertising.This role is perfect for someone with experience across Outbrain, Taboola, and Reddit Ads, who knows how to manage budgets effectively, optimise campaigns for B2C performance, and generate profitable lead volume at scale.What You\’ll Be Doing:Lead strategy, setup and optimisation of native advertising campaigns across Outbrain, Taboola and RedditManage significant ad spend with a focus on driving profitable revenue and lead acquisitionConduct detailed audience targeting, headline and creative testing, and landing page analysisContinuously test and iterate campaigns to improve ROI, engagement, and funnel performanceCollaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling native ad assetsMonitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, lead quality) and produce clear performance reportsStay up to date on platform developments and emerging native ad opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For:2–4 years of experience in native advertising, ideally in a B2C, lead gen-driven environmentHands-on experience with Outbrain, Taboola and Reddit AdsProven success in managing 5–6 figure monthly budgets and generating strong ROASStrong analytical skills and understanding of native performance metricsCreative and data-driven – able to optimise content and headlines for conversionsExperience in health, wellness, beauty or lifestyle sectors is a plusWhat You’ll Get:£40,000–£50,000 salary depending on experienceAnnual performance-based bonusFull-time, office-based role at our Leeds HQOpportunity to own a key performance channel and make a direct impactSupportive, high-performance team in a purpose-driven brandA fast-paced environment with clear growth potential📩 Interested?
