This role is all about distribution, execution, and relationship-building. It’s not about reinventing the wheel – it’s about making the current strategy land, getting the buy-in, and making sure what’s agreed actually happens in-market.

You’ll be home-based, joining a passionate, fast-paced team led by a Head of Wholesale. You’ll need to bring energy, initiative, and commercial instinct.

As Wholesale National Account Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic P&L and JBP management
  • Managing key relationships across buying groups, engaging with both head offices and individual members
  • Bringing the core range to life in depot, and ensuring adherence to agreements
  • Developing the Route to Market strategy – helping shape the approach for smaller wholesalers and ensuring efficiencies are locked in
  • Being a visible, trusted presence across the network – someone who gets things done

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ve worked with buying groups or their members – you understand how they operate and how to influence
  • You know your way around terms, pricing, and negotiation – and you’ve got the gravitas to handle senior conversations
  • 3–5 years FMCG experience – you’re comfortable taking the lead, but still hungry to grow
  • You’re proactive and people-oriented; a true relationship builder who gets stuck in
  • You’ll likely have come from a more agile, fast-paced FMCG – you’ll need to be comfortable with less formality and more flexibility
