Specialising in ultra-prime residential, we work across a diversity of roles from initial feasibility and concept through to commissioning and post delivery. We take a holistic approach to the realisation of projects with our work spanning a broad spectrum of scales and disciplines, from the project management of ground breaking construction projects to the design and creation of singular, bespoke items. These include custom installations, interiors, artworks, and tailor-made furniture and furnishings, encompassing both traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology.We are expanding our team to meet growing demand and seek a versatile multidisciplinary designer to enhance our capacity across design development and production. We are planning to soon expand into a production space within a short travel time of our Old Street office (likely east London) and the role will also contribute to the enabling and utilisation of this setup, providing the opportunity for in-house prototyping and production within a high end production space with a diversity of outputs.Responsibilities:1. Bespoke Item Design & Production (Primary focus)R&D, design development, coordination, prototyping and production management of works across a diversity of outputs – including bespoke fit out and furniture, artistic prototypes, sculptural elements, bespoke lighting solutions, architectural elements, templating, models and mock ups.Collaboration and coordination with a diversity of external creatives, consultants, suppliers and contractors.The use and integration of a diversity of techniques and technologies in the development of works including 3D scanning, sophisticated CAD modelling, visualisation, rapid prototyping and CNC production as well as traditional craftsmanship, including hands on production when needed.The adoption of first principles design development and problem solving – the ability to adopt radical or unconventional approaches if they enable the best outcome. If we need a new tool or system, anything is possible.The contribution to the setup and operation of a new production space likely based in East London if plans for this space go ahead as intended.2.
