We design, scale, and refine digital platforms that drive impact across global programmes and internal operations alike.The Role: Monday.com Systems ManagerWe’re looking for someone who gets excited about transforming how organisations work – and knows how to turn a flexible platform like Monday.com into something structured, scalable, and deeply usable.As our Monday.com Systems Manager, you’ll own the platform across Etio. That means shaping how it’s used as a CRM, portfolio tracker, operational hub, and more. You’ll design automations and integrations, set up governance structures, guide adoption across teams, and keep us ahead of the platform’s roadmap.We’re already using Monday.com as a backbone for everything from solution delivery to risk registers. We’re pushing its automation and integration capabilities to reduce duplication, boost transparency, and embed smart workflows into the day-to-day. You’ll help us take all that further – with structure, consistency, and creativity.What You’ll Be DoingThis role touches nearly every part of the business. Typical responsibilities include:1. Platform Ownership & GovernanceOverall administration of the Monday.com platformUser management, permissions, and access controlCreating and maintaining workspace-level governance models2. Workflow & Automation DesignDesigning, building, and maintaining automations, dashboards, and workflowsTranslating business requirements into functional board structuresCreating reusable templates, views, and custom workflows3. Integration & Technical OversightManaging integrations with tools like M365, Salesforce, Zapier, PowerBIWorking with APIs or coordinating with development teams where neededEvaluating, introducing, and managing apps and add-ons4. Training & AdoptionLeading onboarding and training for staff across functionsSupporting change initiatives to scale confident platform useActing as first-line support or escalation point for platform users5. Analytics & ReportingCreating operational and performance dashboardsDefining reporting structures for portfolio, CRM, and internal dataEnabling data-driven decision-making across teams6.
