I am representing a well funded payments organisation that is searching for a MLRO to drive Compliance initiatives in the UK. Working alongside the founders and spearheading all compliance matters, you will get a lot of autonomy and exposure building the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as UK MLRO and key contact for the FCA
  • Leading compliance strategy and regulatory engagement
  • Project managing new tech rollouts for compliance systems
  • Supporting global licensing initiatives
  • Managing junior members of the team

What you’ll bring:

  • MLRO experience in a FinTech / Payments
  • 8+ years in compliance, with strong AML and KYC expertise
  • Deep knowledge of UK financial regulations
  • Experience handling complex projects across teams
