We are looking for a Regional Manager who takes pride in leading high‐performing engineering teams and delivering consistent, high‐quality service across multiple sites.

As a Regional Manager, you will:

  • Own senior client relationships across a defined region, acting as the escalation point for service, performance, and commercial matters.
  • Lead and influence multi‐site teams to deliver against KPIs and SLAs, keeping communication clear, proactive, and credible.
  • Translate customer needs into clear operational plans, continuous improvement activity, and a strong safety culture.
  • Support account growth through insight‐led proposals, change programmes, and robust contract governance.

What you will do as a Regional Manager:

  • Build trusted, long‐term relationships with site leaders and customer stakeholders, truly understanding their priorities.
  • Chair customer performance reviews (weekly, monthly, and QBRs), presenting results, trends, risks, and improvement plans.
  • Lead escalations end‐to‐end root cause analysis, customer communication, recovery actions, and measurable close‐out.
  • Partner with operational leaders to protect performance, safety, and compliance while improving availability and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for added value, including projects, upgrades, and scope expansion, supporting commercial proposals and forecasting.

What we are Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing senior client relationships within an operational, engineering, facilities, logistics, or technical service environment.
  • Confidence communicating at all levels—able to simplify complex issues and remain calm and in control during escalations.
  • Commercial awareness, including budgets, margins, forecasting, and identifying value‐add opportunities.
