Job Description:We are looking for Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer(s) to lead and support complex M365migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, legacy system transitions, andhybrid environments which include on-premises components. You will be required to plan,execute, and troubleshoot migrations while ensuring no disruption to business operations.This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services and hands-onexperience with migration tools and methodologies. Migrations also include users on fromGoogle Workspace so experience of Google Workspace is desirable.Key Responsibilities Lead and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant, legacy system, and GoogleWorkspace to Microsoft 365 migrations. Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Quest, AvePoint Fly) to perform and managemigrations. Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues in collaboration with Microsoft andthird-party vendors. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online,SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform Understanding and implementing end to end connect to Google Workspace andmigration tool and M365 platform Monitor system performance, health, and security prior, during and post-migration. Automate migration and administrative tasks using PowerShell and SQL queries. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams to ensureseamless integration and compliance. Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users andstakeholders. Implement and enforce governance policies including DLP, sensitivity labels, andconditional access. Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and best practices for migration andmodernization.Required Skills 4β8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and migration in enterpriseenvironments. Experience in Google workspace administration and migration Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid configurations. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL for automation and reporting. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience with migration tools such as Quest, AvePoint Fly, or similar. Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Desirable Qualifications Microsoft certifications Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks. Experience with legacy system integration and data transformation.Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple migration projects simultaneously.
