Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional ConsultantCompetitive salary, based on experienceOverviewAn opportunity for an experienced and versatile Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join a growing consultancy delivering end-to-end F&O solutions across various customers. This role is suited to someone who thrives in varied, hands-on project environments, enjoys working directly with stakeholders, and can confidently lead functional workstreams from discovery through to go-live and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesRun discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements across finance and operations.Produce functional documentation including gap-fit analysis, solution design, test plans, and training materials.Configure and deploy D365 F&O modules, including but not limited to:General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed AssetsProcurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales Order ProcessingProject Accounting, Cost Accounting, BudgetingCollaborate with technical consultants on integrations, extensions, and data migration.Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT), user training, and cutover planning.Provide hypercare support post go-live and assist with continuous improvement.Support proposal writing, effort estimation, and solution scoping where required.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Proven experience in end-to-end implementations, including fit-gap analysis and system configuration.Deep understanding of financial processes, supply chain operations, and data structures.Confident leading client workshops and managing stakeholders.Skilled in producing high-quality documentation and training users.Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, often in fast-paced environments.Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330) highly desirable.What’s on OfferA varied pipeline of projects across industries and business functions.Remote-first working environment with autonomy and flexibility.Opportunities to expand your expertise and gain Microsoft certifications.A collaborative and delivery-focused team culture.
