RED has now new opportunity for one of our international clients is looking for a MES Business Analyst SME, experience with Supply Change Management or Manufacturing to join their team on a new project , so I wanted to speak to you to find out what is your current situation and whether you would be available or interesting on joining any new projects.Project DetailsRole – MES Business Analyst SMEStart date – 25th of August 2025Location – Remote with some travel to Peterborough and HaddenhamDuration – 3 month’s contract + Extension possibility of long term projectKey Responsibilities: Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.Create as-is and to-be process maps using industry-standard modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).Define and document business capabilities and map them to existing or future technology solutions.Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation or system integration.Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and functional SMEs to align business needs with technical solutions.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for IT and vendor implementation teams.Support system design sessions, UAT planning, and change management activities during project execution.Help define KPIs and success metrics for capability performance and digital transformation initiatives. Required:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing domains.Proven experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, and capability modeling.Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), SCM platforms, MES systems, WCS systems and integration technologies.Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
