We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Data Analyst to join our dynamic FMCG business in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across multiple systems, supporting business operations and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvements in data governance and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain master data Ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardisation of data across business functions.Support new product introductions, product lifecycle management, and pricing updates.Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver high-quality data for reporting and analysis.Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.Provide insights and recommendations to improve data management processes.Act as the subject matter expert for master data, supporting system upgrades and business transformation projects.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years’ experience in a master data, data management, or data governance role within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP highly advantageous).Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This is a hybrid role where you will work 2 days a week in the office.Salary banding is £35,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus, pension, healthcare
