The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Marketing Science and Technology team is seeking a dynamic, visionary Strategic Analyst with a strong technical background and proven expertise in insights, marketing analytics and measurement innovations to join our global team of marketing measurement and insights experts. This team is responsible for developing and scaling leading-edge marketing measurement and insights solutions to support our LMS sales teams with deepening strategic relationships with our customers and driving commercial outcomes powered by the experiences of LinkedIn’s 1B+ members spanning over 200 countries and territories.

As a Strategic Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of providing data driven insight and driving measurement excellence for our clients and agency partners. Partnering across sales, product, and marketing, you will lead the adoption of advanced analytics and measurement strategies, harnessing industry-leading data to unlock actionable insights and maximise advertising impact across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership: Partner closely with Sales to translate data-driven insights and measurement into actionable strategies that improve business performance for our clients and agency partners.
  • Insights & Influence: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Measurement Strategy & Execution: Design and lead advanced measurement initiatives (experimentation, incrementality, attribution, clean rooms) to optimise marketing performance.
  • Advanced Analytics: Apply SQL, Python, and visualisation to analyse LinkedIn and third-party data at scale.
  • Innovation & Product Influence: Advise cross-functional partners to identify innovation opportunities including, but not limited to new product features, measurement capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Drive POV on the future of B2B measurement and represent the company externally.
  • Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, custom projects.
  • Data Governance: Uphold best practices in data privacy, security, and coding standards.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
  • 5+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language.
  • 5+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role.
  • 3+ years' experience in project or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related analytic field).
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
  • 6+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language.
  • 6+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role.
  • 4+ years' experience in project or program management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and AdTech ecosystems, including agency landscape.
  • Demonstrated expertise in measurement methodologies (e.g. incrementality, attribution, MMM, experimentation, CAPI).
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience applying AI / LLM techniques in analytics workflows.
