We're hiring for a high-impact Marketing Project Manager to join one of the UK's most recognisable FMCG businesses. You'll be stepping into a crucial role within the UK marketing team, working across innovation, go-to-market strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of marketing projects - from initial brief through to execution
- Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to keep everything on track
- Working closely with teams across design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain and commercial
- Reporting on key milestones and KPIs, and keeping projects aligned with brand strategy
- Identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping all moving parts running smoothly
- Maintaining brand consistency and ensuring everything we put out is best-in-class
- Prioritising cross-brand projects and making sure all stakeholders are in sync
Skills Needed:
- A seasoned project manager with 5+ years' experience, including at least 3 in a marketing or innovation role
- Proven background in FMCG
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning, and comfortable presenting to senior teams
- Resilient under pressure, able to juggle priorities and hit deadlines
- Confident leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and someone who just gets things done
