We are working with a fast-scaling software company operating at the forefront of the cybersecurity sector. With continued investment in marketing and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire an experienced data-driven Marketing Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and lead nurturing. Target audiences include Military, Federal, Financial Services.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs (ABM, email, webinars, events, content syndication, paid media)
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing to run targeted campaigns that generate pipeline from key accounts and DMUs
- Create campaign briefs and high-value content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, infographics) aligned with market trends
- Reverse funnelling to measure target conversion rates against campaign targets
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
Who/what are we looking for?
- Experience working in the Tech industry, ideally Cybersecurity
- Significant experience managing and executing effective demand/lead generation campaigns
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels
- Experience managing external agencies to scale campaigns/execution
- KPI management (e.g. MQLs, MQL to SQL, MQL to customer, Cost per MQL, CAC, CLV)
