Are you passionate about tech, great at starting conversations, and curious about how things work behind the scenes in sales and marketing? We’re hiring a Marketing Development Representative — and this could be your perfect next step.

At ANSYS, we’re leaders in simulation software that powers innovation across industries — from rockets to smartphones. As an MDR you’ll be the front line of our sales engine, helping turn interest into action by engaging with potential customers and identifying real business opportunities.

What You'll Do:
  • Qualify and route leads from marketing campaigns, events, and digital inquiries — making sure they get to the right salespeople.
  • Follow up with prospects who’ve shown interest in ANSYS tools — via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel Partners, and Product teams to understand what prospects need and how we can help.
  • Support webinars, tradeshows, and live events — and be part of our customer engagement strategy both in-person and online.
  • Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, log interactions, and build account intelligence.
  • Leverage social media and digital tools to identify key decision-makers and start conversations.
  • Share market feedback with internal teams to help shape better messaging and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) — business or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles like sales, marketing, or support (internships count!).
  • Strong communication skills — you’re confident on the phone, in writing, and on social media.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
  • Tech-savvy — you don’t need to be an engineer, but interest in technology and innovation is a must.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a big bonus.
Why Join Us?

This is more than just a job — it's a chance to:

  • Grow your career in a global, high-tech company.
  • Work with and learn from experienced sales and marketing pros.
  • Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Gain hands-on experience in demand generation, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
  • Make a real impact on the business from Day 1.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to pivot into tech, this role offers the perfect launchpad for a career in sales, marketing, or customer success.

This role is open only to candidates who do not require current or future visa sponsorship.
