Piramal Pharma Solutions is a leading global CDMO of advanced drug development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. We are expanding with our new 45 million pound facility in Grangemouth and have a need for 6 x Manufacturing Technicians to support our projects.
You will be adhering to defined cGMP procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/APIs in support of launched products and clinical trial programmes. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing defined procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/API products in support of launched products and clinical trial programmes to GMP standards.
- Working effectively in an organized manner to adhere to the planned schedule.
- Contributing effectively to a team working environment while also having the ability to work independently within the production team.
- Accurately recording information required for batch records.
- Updating and reviewing plant documentation, from PI Sheets to SOPs.
- Maintaining high ESH standards, carrying out all work in accordance with appropriate EHS systems.
- Having a working knowledge of risk management systems and procedures enabling escalation of deviation as appropriate.
Essential Experience:
- Process manufacturing.
- Good working knowledge of GMP.
- Understanding of chemical unit operations and process chemical reaction hazards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working in clean rooms (desirable).
Salary: 26k to 32k with a 5k shift allowance - No weekends.
