Your Role - Technical Production Operator
- Maintain, operate, and improve manufacturing processes
- Carrying out machine changeovers and tooling adjustments
- Driving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and production performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Operating Machinery that process, convert and make materials
- Running automated or semi-automated machines
- Adjusting machine settings to maintain product quality
- Monitoring performance to ensure smooth operation
- Diagnosing and fixing minor mechanical or technical faults
- Reporting more complex issues to the engineering team
- Switching production lines for different products

Role Requirements & Skills - Technical Production Operator
- Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment (Manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, or similar)
