Manufacturing Manager Location: Worcestershire Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive and negotiable SRG are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager to take lead across facilities based in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, change, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the site – driving performance, implementing new processes and leading a dedicated production team. Key responsibilities (including but not limited to): Lead day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently Develop and write SOPs Assure regulatory compliance to BRC, GMP and chemical regulations Transfer processes from R&D to manufacturing Support with HACCP/TACCP/VACCP plansWork with the Warehouse Manager to operate a speciality warehousing operation Be responsible for health and safety onsite. Criteria: Engineering qualification (e.g. Chemical Engineering) Experience in a leadership role within food manufacturing – essential Strong people management skills – able to engage, motivate and develop teams Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems, health & safety and compliance requirements Driven to success and pro-actively engaging stakeholders to achieving end goals.
