Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions? We're looking for a ServiceNow Sales Lead / Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Customer Experience team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine sales, consulting, and technical expertise to shape innovative solutions for leading organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive sales and business development for ServiceNow solutions, identifying and converting new opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from pre-sales through to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with innovative, value-driven solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to help shape our ServiceNow strategy and offerings.
  • Partner with ServiceNow leadership and ecosystem partners to strengthen collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • ServiceNow Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including: ITSM, ITOM, CSM.
    • Experience with HRSD applications is essential.
    • Employee Service Centre.
    • Case & Knowledge Management.
    • Performance Analytics.
  • Business & Industry Knowledge
    • Understanding of employee experience and HR processes.
    • Experience in customer experience (CX) transformation.
  • Technical & Solution Skills
    • Integration, data migration, and platform customisation.
    • Workflow automation and scripting.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Consulting & Sales Capability
    • Experience supporting or leading pre-sales, demos, and proposals.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management
    • Confidence engaging with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
    • Experience driving adoption and managing organisational change.

Permanent (B2B contract is not available) UK-wide role (open to travel within the UK if requested only). There will be 2 stages hiring process. Salary: up to £100,000 Gross/a DOE.
