Now, as we expand our Service Optimisation Team, we are looking for a Service Optimisation Manager to play a critical role in driving quality, growth and continuous improvement across our services.
The role is a high‐impact, hands‐on role for an experienced health or social care professional who thrives on pace, challenge and making a difference. You will:
- Lead the integration of acquisitions and large tender wins, ensuring services are embedded successfully.
- Drive continuous improvement across complex, multi‐site services at a regional and national level.
- Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver quality, compliance and performance.
- Support due diligence and post‐integration activity as part of our growth strategy.
- Maintain Voyage Care's position at the forefront of quality care provision.
- Represent Voyage Care locally and nationally when required.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and external changes, ensuring learning is cascaded effectively.
- Occasionally provide direct care support, ensuring first‐hand understanding of service delivery.
This role involves regular nationwide travel and overnight stays – a full UK driving licence is essential.
You will be someone who is confident working at pace, comfortable with complexity, and motivated by improvement. You will bring:
- Previous experience in health or social care (essential).
- A strong background in service improvement, quality or operations.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leaders.
- Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.
- A flexible, solutions‐focused mindset.
- Confidence working across the UK and with multiple stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for the people we support.
