The Role

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with franchise partners and Franchise Business Managers to align on expectations and address compliance gaps.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify recurring operational issues and support improvements to processes, training, and standards across the network.

You must have:

  • 5+ years' experience managing a high volume QSR restaurant
  • Experience in a major QSR brand
  • Exposure to projects outside day-to-day operations, such as: covering for an Area Manager, supporting new store openings, leading training initiatives or operational improvement projects, participating in brand audits or compliance programs

Most importantly, you are someone who understands operations deeply and enjoys helping teams improve.
