The Role

  • Support clinical onboarding and user training at hospital sites across the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Monitor platform adoption and proactively flag any account risks to senior management.
  • Assist with site installations and ensure project delivery milestones are met.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
  • Act as a flexible resource to provide team coverage across various territories as needed.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare or MedTech.
  • Fluency in English plus professional proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
