This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a commercially astute and operationally strong leader with proven experience in multi-site healthcare and social care environments. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes across the Group.
The Group Managing Director will hold overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, financial, and governance performance of the organisation. You will lead senior operational and clinical teams, build strong commissioner and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care across all services.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks including:

- Mental Health Act

- Lead governance, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks.
- Embed continuous improvement and learning cultures across the organisation.
- Financial & Commercial Leadership
- Hold full P&L responsibility across the Group.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and commercial strategy.
- Lead commissioner negotiations and commercial partnerships.
