A leading UK architecture practice is seeking a Managing Director to oversee a team of more than 100 architects and designers. The studio works across multiple sectors with projects throughout the EMEA region.This is a senior leadership role, focused on business, operational, commercial, and business development functions. The Managing Director will lead the office, serve as the public and internal figurehead, and drive the continued success and growth of the studio.This opportunity will suit an experienced leader ready to step away from project delivery to focus on business and studio management at the highest level.ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a large team of architects and designersOversee monthly P&L and report directly to the boardShape and communicate the organization’s priorities, goals, and areas for improvementRepresent the practice internally and externally as the face of the studioQualificationsARB/RIBA-qualified architectProven experience managing a studio, sector, or business unitStrong knowledge and networks across the EMEA regionDemonstrable leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
