Management Accountant – Uttoxeter – Hybrid – New!Location: UttoxeterPackage: Up to £56,000 + Benefits + Progression + Work life balanceAbout the RoleThis is a key leadership role within the Finance team, with a strong focus on supporting and partnering with the Commercial team. With no two projects or days ever being the same, along with good stability, a great mixture of people, great development opportunities and a company that focuses on work life balance.Key Responsibilities:Margin analysis, including assessing the impact of inflation on product margins.Supporting pricing decisions – from justifying price increases to identifying optimal price points and understanding under- or over-pricing.Handling customer claims, invoice issues, and working closely with supply chain and accounting functions.Business partnering across both Commercial and Operational teams – the role goes beyond traditional support.Playing a key role in CAPEX decisions and strategic investment choices to help grow the site and the business.Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.Skills & Experience Required:Strong technical finance skills with a commercial mindset along with proactive, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.Excellent analytical and data manipulation abilities.Comfortable working with numbers and financial models to drive decision-making.Fully qualified (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified with only a few exams remaining.
