About the opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established, people-first technology consultancy that delivers digital transformation at scale — working with some of the UK's most prominent public sector and enterprise organisations. Their impact is tangible: the solutions their engineers build are used by millions of people every day.

As part of their growing Low Code practice, they're looking for talented engineers across two levels and two technology tracks. So whether your expertise sits in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE, and whether you're a seasoned senior engineer or ready to step into a technical lead role, there's a place for you here.

What we're looking for

  • Solid hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
    • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE — Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing modules
    • Low Code architecture, solution design and delivery across all layers of an application
    • CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform or D365 environments
    • Agile/XP delivery practices — collaborative, test-driven, iterative
  • At Lead level, evidence of technical ownership end-to-end, and experience managing or formally mentoring engineers.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS is expected.

A few practicalities

  • Remote-first, with occasional travel to client sites (typically 1 day per week or per month, project-dependent)
  • You must hold active SC Clearance
  • Right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship available)

Why apply?

This consultancy has a strong reputation for genuinely investing in its people, structured progression, a collaborative culture, and the kind of work that actually matters. If you want to work on meaningful digital transformation, grow technically, and be part of a team that values ownership and quality, this is worth a conversation.
