A leading global organisation is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to oversee three critical technology functions: Entrata application services, end-user support, and corporate IT infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands-on expertise in Entrata and strong IT project management skills to deliver operational excellence and drive innovation across enterprise systems.
You'll lead high-performing teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure seamless IT service delivery across applications, infrastructure, and user support.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Entrata Application Service Management
- Build and lead a dedicated team to support the Entrata platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee the full application lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Define and implement SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align Entrata capabilities with business needs through stakeholder collaboration.
- End-User Support Leadership
- Manage local end-user support operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Develop and enforce support policies, procedures, and standards to enhance user experience.
- Implement ITSM best practices and tools to streamline support operations.
- Drive training and development initiatives for a high-performing support team.
- Corporate IT Infrastructure Oversight
- Provide administrative oversight for IT infrastructure resources, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
- Coordinate with global infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and scalability.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and adherence to IT governance and cybersecurity policies.
- Act as the local escalation point for infrastructure-related issues and projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory experience with Entrata platform (implementation, support, and optimization).
- Strong IT project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications and end-user support teams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management credentials.
