This is a hands-on engineering transformation opportunity inside a founder-led SaaS business entering a major scale phase. The company has built strong commercial momentum and is now entering the next stage of growth. The challenge is no longer proving market demand — it is scaling engineering maturity, delivery capability and operational performance fast enough to support what comes next.

This is a role for someone who has lived through the growing pains of scaling SaaS businesses before. Someone who has taken the hills and knows first hand what growing pains look like.

This is not a "sit above the business and manage strategy decks" VP position. The successful candidate will be close to the detail, close to the founders and close to execution.

You do not need to be the strongest hands-on engineer in the room. However, you do need to be technically credible enough to command respect, challenge teams, drive standards and make strong operational decisions inside modern SaaS engineering environments.

Experience within fast-moving B2B SaaS, workflow SaaS, InsurTech, FinTech, RegTech or other operationally complex SaaS environments would be highly valuable.

The business offers:

  • Significant ownership and influence
  • Real transformational impact
  • Direct founder exposure
  • Equity participation
  • Large-scale engineering leadership responsibility

The opportunity to help shape the next phase of a highly ambitious SaaS company during a pivotal stage of growth.
