Overview

The Specification Manager is responsible for identifying, specifying, and creating project opportunities within the Data Centre and District Heating markets in Europe. The role focuses on influencing projects at the earliest stages to ensure products are specified into designs, while working closely with the Sales Director to identify new market opportunities that support long-term growth strategy.

  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities within Data Centres and District Heating markets, including opportunities across Europe.
  • Understand regional differences in:

    • Procurement routes
    • Key consultants and contractors
  • Develop relationships with consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Engage early in the design process to influence specification decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within target sectors.

Key Skills & Experience
