I am looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join a fast-growing data and analytics company working at the intersection of data engineering, software development, and AI. This will be to design and build scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role with end-to-end ownership across the software development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying modern web applications, working across both backend and frontend systems. You'll operate in a small, high-performing team, contributing to architecture decisions, delivery, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable, secure web applications
  • Build backend services using Python (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
  • Develop modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a full-stack developer
  • AI & Modern Development Practices (Required)
  • Experience using AI coding tools or assistants in day-to-day development
  • Understanding of large language model (LLM) fundamentals and limitations
Desirable
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
