Are you a Python Engineer in finance looking to work on greenfield projects? This is an opportunity to join a global private equity firm that is taking a tech-first approach. You'll be working as a Python Engineer, closely with stakeholders across both investments and technology.
This small team is looking for a Python engineer to directly support the investment team. You'll be interfacing with the business regularly, so strong communication skills are important.
Ideal person is tech first (Strong Python engineering fundamentals, API design) while getting exposure to modern tech across the stack such as UI's, messaging frameworks and data validation tools. Having the experience of facing off directly to the business so soft skills would be great. Experience with React is a bonus.
As part of the process, you'll meet with the CTO, investment partners, and the data engineering lead, so prior financial experience is required to hit the ground running. This role is based in London.
