At Affinity Labs, we're building the future of company creation, a full-stack AI venture studio that partners with content creators to co-found authentic, scalable software businesses. By combining AI-native development with creator-led distribution, we're pioneering a new model of monetisation to rapidly build, launch, and scale digital ventures aligned with creators and their audiences.

We aim to launch ventures 10x faster and cheaper than traditional methods using our internal "AI factory": a multi-agent architecture, reusable component libraries, and a growing knowledge graph that learns from every product we ship.

You'll own product across a portfolio of high-growth consumer apps, working closely with the founders, creators, designers, and engineers to take ideas from lean spec to live product and then scale what works. This is an early-stage, hands-on role with significant autonomy: one week you're running zero to one discovery on a new concept with a household-name creator, the next you're tuning activation and paywall conversion on a product with hundreds of thousands of active users.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product processes across multiple consumer apps in the portfolio from zero to one concepts to scaling mature ventures.
  • Run tight discovery loops: talk to users, prototype in AI dev tools, test assumptions fast, kill what doesn't work.
  • Drive activation, retention, monetisation, and growth experiments on live products, including paywall optimisation, onboarding, pricing tiers, A/B tests.
  • Write crisp specs and hand off seamlessly to engineering via Linear; reduce ambiguity so devs can move at full speed.
  • Partner with designers on UX decisions and flows; use Figma / Lovable to prototype and communicate intent.
  • Work side-by-side with world-class creator partners on product direction, roadmap, and launch.
  • Own the analytics story for your products: build dashboards in PostHog, define the metrics that matter, surface insights to the team.
  • Participate in daily standups and weekly planning; contribute to product strategy and execute relentlessly.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years shipping B2C software products.
  • Consumer mobile experience: shipped at least one app via App Store / TestFlight to meaningful users.
  • Subscription / IAP monetisation: hands-on experience with paywalls, pricing tiers, and conversion optimisation.
  • AI-native workflow: comfortable leveraging AI dev tools (ClaudeCode, Cursor, Lovable or similar) to move quickly, test assumptions, build early prototypes, and transfer knowledge seamlessly to engineering.
  • Startup mindset: high ownership, pace, ambiguity; willing to burn the midnight oil when needed.
  • Growth mindset & flexibility: open to feedback; not rigid about tools or process.
  • Clear communicator who can earn the trust of engineers, designers, and creator partners alike.

Desired:

  • Direct experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or talent in a product context.
  • Able to contribute to UX decisions, push on flows, and ship Figma / Lovable prototypes when design is bandwidth-constrained.
  • Experience with PostHog, RevenueCat, Supabase, or similar consumer product analytics / monetisation stacks.
  • Planning & execution in Linear (or similar).
  • Background in a fast-paced venture-backed consumer startup or venture studio.

Why this role is a career launchpad:

  • Build alongside the world's biggest creators. You'll work directly with household-name partners on products going to audiences of millions — exposure that's nearly impossible to find elsewhere.
  • Own the product & the company. You step in as a Founding PM with a meaningful equity stake from day one.
  • Ship faster with AI at your side. Our workflow bakes in AI so you spend your time on the hard product questions, not the drag.
  • Ride a rocket. Affinity Labs is a venture studio co-founding consumer apps with top creators. The roadmap is ambitious and the bar is high.
  • Grow like crazy. You'll touch multiple products each year, spanning discovery, launch, and scale. The shipping reps you'll get in 12 months here would take 3–4 years in a typical PM role.
  • Learn from builders, not bosses. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders who've scaled VC-backed startups, closed multi-million-pound term sheets, and collaborated with 1,000+ creators.
