We are recruiting a Consultant Paediatrician to join a leading private hospital in Riyadh, delivering high-quality, patient-centred paediatric care in a modern, consultant-led environment. This role involves managing general paediatrics across outpatient and inpatient settings, working closely with paediatric subspecialists and allied health professionals, and contributing to clinical excellence and service development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive paediatric care from infancy through adolescence
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic paediatric conditions
  • Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient ward rounds
  • Collaborate with neonatal, emergency, and paediatric subspecialty teams
  • Supervise junior doctors and nursing staff
  • Ensure high standards of documentation, safeguarding, and governance
  • Participate in CME, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • Required:
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • CCT, USA Board, Canadian Board, or recognised equivalent in Paediatrics
  • Minimum 3 years' post-certification experience
  • Strong communication and family-centred care skills
  • Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in private or tertiary hospital settings
  • Subspecialty interest welcomed (e.g. respiratory, gastroenterology, neurology)
