Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to join a dynamic team where your expertise will make a real impact? We're seeking a proactive and skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to help us deliver exceptional service standards across our contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full awareness of and compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Aurora Computer-Based Maintenance System, ensuring PPM and reactive tasks are completed with correct data.
  • Work closely with the Lead Engineer and Contract Manager to consistently maintain high service levels.
  • Support the Contract Support team to drive excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines.
  • Complete and return all PPM and work-related documentation promptly.
  • Manage fast and effective procurement of materials and services; proactively identify additional works and raise quotations.
  • Investigate major operational incidents and produce reports as required.
  • Attend all callouts in collaboration with the helpdesk team.
  • Promote and uphold strong Health & Safety culture across the team.
  • Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance tasks as needed.

About You

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering with a recognised qualification, including 18th Edition certification.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate, diagnose, and repair faults efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness and availability to participate in the on-call rota (essential).
