Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in London, United Kingdom.
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the EMEAL marketing organization within LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). The EMEAL Integrated Marketing Team is responsible for empowering the talent acquisition audience and customer base to be more successful in their jobs, accelerating revenue for LinkedIn and deepening LinkedIn’s relationship with key decision makers. You will lead and support regional marketing initiatives to enhance LTS brand perception, deepen customer engagement, and drive awareness and adoption of key products and solutions. You’ll develop marketing programs that position LTS as a trusted, strategic partner, ensuring customers stay informed on product launches and realize value from solutions. You will operate as a highly cross-functional partner- working closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Insights. You’ll bring a passion for developing compelling, customer-centric programs and experience driving business outcomes such as perception, pipeline, or adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute EMEAL strategic integrated marketing plans for talent development and management audiences, in partnership with the EMEAL Integrated Marketing team and aligned with LinkedIn's Talent Solutions global themes and business goals.
- Create customer-facing marketing programs that emphasize product value and drive feature adoption, utilizing cross-functional collaboration.
- Localize global programs to drive regional demand and customer engagement.
- Foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and executives to ensure effective collaboration and influence in program development.
- Analyze performance and share insights and learnings with leadership and partners to help improve future marketing programs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience AND 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy.
- Fluency in German or French.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to integrated, cross-channel marketing.
- Experience working across global + regional programs.
