Experienced HSE Advisor with offshore wind experience. This role will involve supporting offshore turbine installation activities, working closely with vessel crews, site teams, contractors and project stakeholders to maintain high HSE standards across live offshore operations.

Looking for experience in:

  • Vessel operations and offshore campaigns
  • Contractor management
  • RAMS, toolbox talks and site audits
  • High risk activities including lifting and work at height
  • Driving strong safety culture on site

Essential:

  • Valid GWO Offshore certification
