We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearing Care Assistant to join our team. This is a patient‐facing role supporting both NHS and private patients across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organised, and confident working in a busy clinical environment. You will play a key role in delivering high‐quality aftercare, troubleshooting hearing aids, and supporting audiologists in day‐to‐day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide aftercare for hearing aids, including cleaning, re‐tubing, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Educate patients on correct use, maintenance, and expectations.
- Deliver empathetic, patient‐centred support to help patients adjust to hearing aids.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow data protection requirements.
- Manage clinic stock and equipment, ensuring everything is organised and ready for use.
- Work collaboratively with audiologists and support smooth clinic operations.
- Hearing Care Assistant qualification (University Certificate or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy

- Experience in customer‐facing or clinical environments
- Familiarity with clinical or office software
- Valid UK driving licence (location dependent)
