An exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join Dalkia as an HSEQ Advisor supporting the delivery of high-profile Mechanical, Electrical and MEP construction projects across London and the South. This role is ideal for an ambitious Health & Safety professional who wants to work within a technically complex, fast-paced environment while playing a key role in driving safety, compliance and continuous improvement across major engineering and infrastructure projects.
You’ll work closely with operational teams, Project Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders, helping to embed a proactive QSHE culture across live construction and energy projects that support the UK's net zero and sustainability ambitions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing practical QSHE support across live M&E and construction projects
- Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews
- Supporting RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and project documentation
- Leading incident investigations and driving corrective actions
- Supporting ISO 45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 management systems
- Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and behavioural safety initiatives
- Influencing operational teams and promoting best practice across projects
- Supporting mobilisation of new projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
