Job Description
This position is based in London. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational projects impacting the Sales and GTM Ops organization, including GTM strategy development, process improvement, and automation.
- Deliver on key global processes such as annual planning involving investment prioritization, sales territory building, and quota setting; forecasting; and end of quarter revenue attribution.
- Advise senior sales members on growing their business with data‑driven, actionable recommendations via business health governance motions and business reviews.
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and AI‑based automation.
- Deliver business reports, strategic and operational reviews, project updates, and executive summaries.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in economics, management, science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales/Revenue Operations, or other similar industry.
- 5+ years experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations.
- Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross‑functional initiatives in a high‑growth, performance‑focused environment.
- Expertise with AI ecosystem to increase team productivity and/or drive business growth.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and dashboard development.
