The ideal candidate will combine strong technical finance fundamentals with proven experience operating in capital-intensive, asset-backed, infrastructure-style environments. Prior exposure to data centres, digital infrastructure, power/energy/infrastructure, or similarly complex project-driven businesses is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial leadership & strategy: Own the overall finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned to platform growth and expansion priorities.
  • Board & investor support: Act as a key partner to the CEO and Board, producing clear performance reporting, insights, and decision support; support investor communications and financing narratives as required.
  • Capital planning & funding: Lead capital allocation, liquidity planning, and funding strategy across expansion, development, and operational cycles (including debt, equity, and alternative structures where relevant).
  • Performance management: Establish disciplined KPI frameworks across development, operations, and corporate functions; drive accountability and margin/cash improvement.
  • Financial governance & controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls, compliance standards, and finance policies appropriate for a scaled, multi-entity platform.
  • Risk management: Identify and manage financial, commercial, and operational risk, including contract, counterparty, FX, and project execution exposure.
  • Team leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring robust capabilities across FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and commercial finance.
  • Commercial partnership: Provide finance leadership to support major contracts, pricing/terms, partner negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Systems & process: Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting automation, and scalable processes suitable for a growing platform.
Experience & Profile
  • Significant senior finance leadership experience (CFO / Finance Director / VP Finance) within a high-growth and/or asset-heavy environment.
  • Strong understanding of capital-intensive infrastructure economics (capex, project finance concepts, long-term contracts, cash management, and governance).
  • Proven ability to operate at Board level, communicate clearly, and lead through complexity and change.
  • Track record of building finance functions that can scale (process, controls, people, and systems).
  • Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, energy/infrastructure, industrials, real estate/critical facilities, or similarly structured sectors is preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous.
What Success Looks Like

  • Strong forecasting discipline and reliable reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Robust controls, governance, and commercial decision-making frameworks.
