About the Company

I am working with a new scaleup client in the exciting healthtech space that has helped over 1 million patients to date, with applications in subscription, fitness and tracking, across a number of conditions. They are on an exciting scale-up journey following growth and investment rounds.

About the Role

They are now looking for a strong product-focused Lead Engineer or Hands On Engineering Manager who has scaleup and startup experience, who can go to their office in central London, 3 days a week. They are technology agnostic - considering various backend technologies including Ruby, PHP, Python and C#, with JavaScript on the frontend. They are looking for backend-focused or full-stack developers. They have a very competitive budget of £110-140k (negotiable depending on experience) + Equity.

Responsibilities

  • Strong scaleup and startup experience
  • A self-starter who can help drive changes in a completely greenfield project - strong problem-solving abilities would be essential
  • Being able to work in a technically ambiguous way, with less flexibility and fewer tickets
  • Experience of guiding/leading projects is a bonus!

Qualifications

  • Ideally, a Computer Science Background
