Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Supporting the Quality Management System in line with AS9100 / AS9001 standards
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external and customer audits
- Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Supporting customer quality requirements and acting as a point of contact when required
- Assisting with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements of the Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role within aerospace or precision engineering
- Working knowledge of AS9100 / AS9001 standards
- Experience with audits, non-conformance management, and CAPA processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys)
