LIMS Analyst (Epic Beaker) London (Hybrid)A leading pathology organisation in the UK is seeking a LIMS Analyst with Epic accreditation to support a landmark digital transformation programme spanning multiple NHS Trusts across South East London.This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s most ambitious LIMS implementations, centred around Epic Beaker and fully integrated with a major EHR platform.Key Responsibilities:Configure, test, deploy, and support workflows within the Epic Beaker LIMS for Microbiology, Mycology, and Virology.Collaborate with clinicians, scientists, and operational teams to design and optimise workflows across Trusts.Ensure patient safety and data integrity through robust configuration and compliance with best practice and audit standards.Develop and execute test plans and scripts; support users post-deployment.Present system functionality to stakeholders and support change adoption.What You’ll Bring:Epic Beaker accreditation (essential)Strong experience in Genomics, Microbiology, Mycology, and/or Virology within a pathology settingIn-depth understanding of LIMS interfaces with laboratory instrumentationProven knowledge of clinical workflows in a pathology environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirable:Experience managing or supporting LIMS implementation projectsMaster’s Degree in Biomedical Science or related field
