We’re working exclusively with a highly respected UK-based banking client who have just opened brand new offices in central Manchester. As a business they have been transforming the way small businesses access finance. As a Retail Lending Associate, you’ll be a key player in enabling seamless, efficient customer and dealer finance experiences. From deal activation and documentation review to proactive client support, you'll help deliver a best-in-class asset finance operation across both consumer and commercial lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end lending processes from documentation to pay out
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and dealer partners
  • Provide timely updates, resolve queries, and ensure seamless deal completion
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
