Experienced DA Refuge Manager required to lead a specialist refuge service supporting BAME and refugee women and children affected by domestic abuse. You will manage a 4-house, 18-bed refuge service, oversee staff and IDVA support, manage safeguarding, compliance and crisis intervention.

- Management experience within DA/Refuge services
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Senior on-call experience
- Managerial qualification essential
- English plus 1 community language essential
- Experience supporting BAME communities
