You will be reporting into the Head of Legal with key elements of the role to support transactions across the Middle East & Asia. You will be joining an established legal team and probably one of the best in terms of balancing pay, work/life, personal growth and overall job satisfaction.
This newly created role will see you take the lead on a wide variety of transactions/agreements across the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions. You will support trading and origination teams with tailored made solutions. You will also work on structuring and design for new products in existing and new markets. You will also offer hands on support for other topics such as commercial, compliance and project related matters.
Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer, 8 - 14 PQE
- Trained and qualified in a tier 1 law firm
- Background in Transactional / Project Finance / Development
- Experience in either the Middle East or APAC region
- Superb stakeholder engagement skills - essential
