The RoleLegal Directories Specialist accountabilities include: Conduct team meetings to track project updates, manage team outcomes and prioritiesCoordinate with internal teams to file documents, request extensions, and update project statusesLog conversion requests in a timely manner with the Document Production TeamProactively follow up with clients on pending submissions and referee listsActively manage own workload and priority of tasksMaintain accurate, up to date and real time updates in workload management systemLiaise with team manager if any blockages or potential missed deadlines are upcoming in your teamEnsure clear escalation procedures are adhered toIdentify any areas in the process which could be performed more efficiently and communicate this to the team managerProactively anticipate delays and escalate identification of risks earlyThe CandidateThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Good attention to detailExceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft concise, professional emailsAbility to actively listen to accurately capture team and client needsStrong organisational skillsStrong multitasking ability to juggle daily updates, meetings, and ad-hoc requestsDeadline-driven mindset with a focus on timely submissionsConsistency in following standardised processesPrevious experience using Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)Project management experience is highly desirable for this roleThis is a fully remote working role. Location: UK or European Time zones Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per weekContract: Permanent Rate of pay: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)Closing date: 09 July 2025
