Weβre looking for a highly motivated \” Legal Counsel- Turkish Speaker \” to join our team!Responsibilities:Drafting, negotiating, finalising Commercial and Financial Agreements in particular: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Merchant Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Novation Agreements, licencing agreements, payment services agreements, Credit Agreements, Loan Agreement Data Protection Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Addendums.Assisting the team on M&A projects including drafting relevant legal documents and conducting legal research.Assisting the clients on license applications in various jurisdictions.Oversee the legal compliance for the various entities and subsidiaries.Correspondence with other departments of our clients and/or external lawyers.Legal advice to client on a daily basis.We require excellent use of Microsoft Word and Excel.We require a high level of organisation skills.Ideally, you should have completed the LPC but not essential.Requirements:Minimum 4 years in a leading law firm or financial sector company, with expertise in drafting and financial agreements.Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, license applications, legal compliance, and daily legal Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent organizational abilities.A legal qualification is required; LPC completion is preferred but not mandatory.Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
