Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy Projects | London / HybridOverview:I\'m working with a UK based infras investor that’s scaling its renewable energy portfolio across the UK and Europe. As they take on more complex development-stage deals, they’re looking to bring in a Legal Counsel to work across project contracts, development structuring, and construction oversight.This is an excellent role for someone moving out of private practice or already in house at a developer or fund.What You’ll Do:Support legal aspects of project development: land, grid, permitting, and commercial contractsDraft and negotiate NDAs, term sheets, land agreements, and consultant contractsWork closely with investment, asset management, and external counsel teamsHelp shape legal processes and manage deal flow at portfolio levelWhat We’re Looking For:3–8 years PQE, ideally from an energy/infra teamUK qualified; renewables experience strongly preferredStrong communicator with a commercial, pragmatic approachOpen to working across new jurisdictions and asset classesWhy Apply:Join a lean legal team at the heart of a growing fundExposure to deals, strategy, and senior stakeholdersOpportunity to grow into a senior role as the platform scales
